i'm tired of talking about the fiscal cliff. i think some of that uncertainty has held back hiring and we have to get past that. because if you're a business an you don't know what the rules of the game are, most businesses will tell you i don't even care what the level of regulation is or what the tax rate is i just need to know what the playing field is. it's that uncertainty that's holding things back. we have to take that probably into early next year before you lift that uncertainty....
